i've been becoming a bigger and bigger fan of modern family since it's debut. i don't know what other people think about it and i suspect it might be one of those "guilty pleasure" shows, but i've yet to see an episode that hasn't made me laugh my ass off so i could really care less.

I watched last night's episode at a friend's house. It was good. I mean, it's still a sit-com so I won't take time out of my week to actually watch it regularly, but I definitely enjoyed it.

only two newer shows i'm into are fringe (yes i know it's a hyperbole x-files rip) & caprica which is a spinoff od battlestar galatica.

I stopped watching Fringe a while back, when it went on hiatus. I wouldn't mind catching up on it, though.

The acting on that show was so corny. I really wanted to like it but just couldn't get past the awfulness.

plus how can you not like a show with spock in it ?

Got into White Collar this season, which has the same half-assed acting, but I still dug it. Still watching Burn Notice.

i tried watching fringe but the one or two episodes i caught felt kind of like a dumbed down version of x-files that was trying to appeal to the younger demographics.

i've seen burn notice a few times too. i like the show but at the same time, i don't like it enough to want to watch it all the time. i think that's pretty much the case with just about every show that usa comes out with. they don't suck at making tv shows but they haven't put anything out there that really wowed me.
