you can watch the first episode and still sell it for $30 if you really dont like it. but im telling you its incredibly good. probably better than anything outside of the wire this decade. i actually think you might like it.

If they time jump I think it will be to show how the murder effected the baby.

Finished watching Season 2 of Dexter on my pc streaming from netflix. I can't believe I'd never really heard of this show before. I like it lots. Now I have to rent season 3 'cause it isn't available to watch instantly. I was going to check out the Wire but it isn't available for instant veiwing either. I wonder whats up with that.

Season 3 is probably the weakest of the 4, but don't worry, because when you see 4 it may be the best. Fantastic season.

Just finished season 1 of True Blood. Holy hot babes! Wow I was not expecting all this smut! For the most part its really good, but from time to time it does have an awkward cheese scene or two.

Finished season one of The Wire.  I'm avoiding reading that thread or past pages on this so I don't get it ruined going forward.  I thought the first few episodes were really good, then it had a few where it stumbled a little in the middle (mainly because Bubbles crack addicted friends story is boring and it got too much play for a few episodes), and the last four or five episodes were pretty amazing.  They also avoid tons of cliches and stereotypes and dues ex  tv moments.  The only time where I felt cheated was when Omar was about to kill Avon and the car magically pulled up just then to save him.

yea, though it would have been interesting to have dexter find out rita died THEN kill trinity.

though the rita character was becoming a bit played out and its not awful to see her go. theyve really taken 1-2 season concept and made it into 4 really solid years with plenty of potential for another 1 or 2. well done.

I don't think trinity killed her.

if not him. the only other options is next door neighbor, trinity's son, or the detective morgan's partner.

According to TMZ, Leno will return to 11:30 after the Olympics and NBC hasn't decided what to do with Conan yet...

seems possible. nbc ordered an astounding amount of pilots for the fall which leads you to believe in the least leno wont be back in sept.

nbc is losing loads of revenue with conan @ 1130, not jay. moving him would be a total panic move, though.

still, they dont really have the programming to get fill the extra 5 hours a week unless they plan on going with reruns all over the place. good god is that network and absolute mess.

First season is really mediocre. Second season is great. If you finish season one, just forget everything you think about the show, because the second season is better by leaps and bounds.
