damn, how can CURB be so far down the list.  That show better be on until Larry David dies.

i know some people i talk to who watch it say it's become too formulaic....i agree, but that formula still works with the actors and storylines they have.  last weeks with the freak book and John MacEnroe was awesome

Curb and Flight are both not really close to "mainstream" comedies. It's sort of an acquired taste to like them/get into them.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Rome

Is anyone else here watching "Life"?  I stumbled onto it the other day and it is a really fantastic show.  Great writing and the acting has been uniformly excellent - even the supporting characters and guest stars.

Seabiscuit36

i've been meaning to record that Rome, mostly because the main character was Lt. Winters from Band of Brothers

Rome

That's actually what prompted me to watch it.  He was great in Band of Brothers.  I'm not usually big on cop shows either but it's completely different than the standard cops/robbers drivel.

I was flipping through the channels and low and behold Drew Carey's Price is Right debut is on. He's no Bob Barker...which is fine, but his voice is annoying.

On saturday, while in Target and then Lowes...I found myself humming/singing both of these ouloud to myself.

I thought last weeks episode was the best of the season.
