Fear the Walking Dead has actually been pretty decent so far this season.

I don't know why I continue to watch TWD because the show is awful and only getting worse. I'm into the whole zombie apocalypse genre so that keeps me somewhat interested.

I was bored over the winter so I binge watched FTWD. It's much worse than TWD (which is saying a lot). The first episode of season 3 the main character (Travis) gets thrown into a pit with no weapons. He picks up a cinder block and fends off 25 walkers. The whole first episode is about his surviving against enormous odds. So they follow that up in the next episode by having him get shot in a helicopter by some random stray bullet within the first 5 minutes. He then throws himself out of the helicopter so he doesn't die and turn and kill everyone. It was so farging lame and a horrible attempt to garner attention and shock value. I didn't bother watching the rest of the episode. The show is a steaming pile of shtein. I'll be shocked if it gets picked up for a season 4.

It was a dark shot, but I'm pretty sure after he was shot and the daughter comes over to check on him, they reveal that he had been bitten on his stomach previously. Caught the re-run the next week and in hindsight they kinda telegraph it with the way he's acting right after he gets out/when the family gets re-united.

After 5 episodes of this season I'm already ready to say it's far and above the first two seasons.

TWD has been up and down, IMO. Thought 7 was decent...not the best, not the worst. Just wish it was better. Wish it was on HBO, honestly.

Yeah, it's a quick look and with it being very dark it's hard to see it, but he was bitten.

I've been looking at Fear as just kind of a filler to carry me between seasons of TWD, but I'm actually pretty intrigued with the direction it's heading in right now.

Madison seems to be going down a Governor/Negan type  path...Basically the exact opposite of Rick and his group at this stage of the Apocalypse when they were still more about trying to figure out what's going on and is there a cure or a safe haven. Madison is just in straight survival mode and doesn't seem to give a farg about any attempt to reconnect with society or even trying to rebuild any sort of society.

anyone know what the word on this gypsy show on netflix is....its looks fairly awful but i love naiomi watts and she normally makes great choices

i am 2 episodes in on GLOW and love it. alison brie is uglied up but still insanely hot and they have this blonde with huge tits who is unreal. mark maron plays a sarcastic cokehead (huge stretch) and is killing it. its not going to win any awards but its a fun show.

I binged The Defiant Ones yesterday.  Nothing I really didn't know but a really excellent recap of Dre's career.  Jimmy Iovine is a colossal douche but you gotta give him credit for building several empires.

i rewatched episodes 9 and 10 of GOT season 6 just to remember whats happening and wow those were two great episodes. by far my favorite.

some real shtein is going to happen in this first episode i guess.

I doubt that much happens tonight.  First episodes tend to disappoint people because they usually set up the season.
