spads spin knows no limits...its like the mailman

I didn't realize Karl Malone is a spin artist.

From Spads' latest piece (on 2005 draft class):

QuoteWritten off by fools last year as a "bust," McCoy instead is preparing to take advantage of his opportunity. Then and only then will be know, after watching him play a lot, what kind of impact McCoy can have here.

That's quality writing, or not.  Those "fools" could still be proven right, no?

Obviously, but they're still fools for writing him off after one season.

Hell, we're still waiting to know what we have with McDougle. Anyway, I would think that after watching him play a lot we'd know what kind of impact he had here.

You think McCoy is soft? If you honestly think that, there's no point in arguing about it, you've never seen him play.

Seabiscuit36

from everything i've read about Mccoy he was a gritty guy who knocked snot out of RB's.  He had i think 18 tackles against Michigan in Ann Arbor.  I want him to get his shot.  I dont think he'll be worse than Keith Adams so he's a plus in my book.

McCoy's soft because he's a white linebacker. Can't have those in the NFL ::)

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

WAR Whitey!

shorebird

Everyone knows we are weak at linebacker, the Eagles are trying to trump a rook to make us feel better and make it look like they have control of the situation.

General_Failure

C'mon now, just three good linebackers and they've got a dominant defense.

We should've gotten Lavar Arrington and went back to the 3-4. ;D
