Check out Danny Glover's in the first Lethal Weapon too.

Its the one where you had to carry the box with one hand and use the other to talk on the huge receiver.

Especially the overly exaggerated turning of the hat around backwards by Sly before he locks hands with one of the slabs of beef.

You know, UHF wasn't really so-bad-it's-good, as much as it was acutally a decent movie.  PCU falls into that category, too....but better.
