When you're riding in a time machine way far into the future, don't stick your elbow out the window, or it'll turn into a fossil.

No.  They stay where they are at and get Stovall in the second or third.  It's all part of the "plan".

Nope.  I dont see this front office stepping up.

Depends what "stepping up" is going to entail. If the Broncos are going to give a 2nd & a 3rd, I'd hate to see the Eagles match that. If it's only a 3rd & maybe a conditional 2007 pick, I can honestly see them pulling the trigger.

On that note, my answer is NO because I'm use to disappointment.

I would love to walker if he can perform, but then again its up in the air on how he's going to do.  I am sure the FO is well aware of this and that will decide the deal or not.

Yes, or no?

 :-D no

I don't think the eagles are in the business of risk taking anymore.

That's actually untrue.  They only take risks when the timing is awful and the possible reward is low.

Like trying to pass for the first down against the Cowboys on Monday night last year instead of running time off.

Alert, alert. Look well at the rainbow. The fish will be running very soon.

Yes.  I think this feels more like a Jevon Kearse risk than a Terrell Owens one.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

Yeah, but neither of those risks really worked out.
Yep, that's why I think it is going to happen.  The only way Walker will be successful in this league is if he signs with someone else.  If the Eagles trade for him, he'll be a Small/Johnson/Thrash type bust
