Todd McShay of Scouts, Inc. is reporting that the Rams want Cutler and are looking to trade ahead of Arizona (probably with Buffalo) to get him.  He is also saying:

QuoteThe Eagles, who hold the 14th overall selection, also have contacted the Bills for a potential trade. The Bills likely would lose out on both defensive tackle prospects, but they have some other prospects (OLB Ernie Sims, OT Winston Justice and DC Jimmy Williams) -- targeted in that range, as well.

What's hard to figure is which prospect Philadelphia would value so highly as to make such a significant trade? There has been no leak from Eagles camp at this point, but my best guess would be Justice. Although Justice generally is considered a mid-first round prospect, there have been reports that teams such as the Cowboys (18) and Buccaneers (No. 23) have contacted the Ravens (No. 13) about moving ahead of the Eagles (No. 14) to select Justice.

Would not be a big fan if the Eagles traded UP to get Justice.  Meh.

I would say that it would be worth it if they value him that high, especially if there are still concerns about Tra Thomas' back.

We actually agree on something.

Definitely not smart to move UP for Justice.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.

MURP

not a lot of rumors this year it seems.   I expect it to be just the opposite this weekend.

I think it is because this draft is so deep from the middle of the first until well into the second that teams are probably reluctant to give up picks when they can get such great value throughout the draft.

Not a trade rumor, but:

PFT.com:

ONE LAST BOMBSHELL COMING?

We're picking up indications of one more pre-draft bombshell that could, if the information is disclosed before Saturday, prompt a player poised to be pick early in the draft to fall precipitously.

The kicker is that there's a chance the information will break before Saturday -- and there's a chance that it will never come to light.

We're chasing it.  We might uncover it.  Maybe someone else will.  Maybe they won't.

Regardless, it all adds to the intrigue.

Any guesses?

I hate PFT for crap like that.

ridiculous ploy to keep the readers attention so they stay logged on to their website during the draft coverage. Other major Internet sites get bombarded during the draft. Its like a comercial for the Superbowl--but not hardly the spectacle

Is it the LenDale White drug test?
