Burrell has had a better career than basically the entire 93 team that everyone idolizes.

I disagree, post all the stats you want, he sucks.

I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Let's hope Madson doesn't implode here. He got lucky there. Runs a 3-0 count and the guy gets the green and hacks at ball 4.

1 out.

PhillyPhreak54

This homeplate umpire sucks dick.

PhillyPhreak54

Hey look Mr "better than the '93 team who we mindlessly worship" pops out foul to 3B.

Ho hum. Another day at the office for that dog.

negative.  careers aren't based on stats alone.  those guys knew how to win.  burrell wouldn't know what "win" is if someone did a line of it off his forehead.

ha, they had one lucky season.  i loved that team, but to act like they "knew how to win" is stretching it.

they were together for like a season. maybe two.  when they got all their pieces, they found a way to win games.  whether it was for a season or 5 seasons they knew how to win for that particular time period.  granted though, most of em did suck during the rest of their careers.

Gawd damn. I struck out again.

damn.. i wish that jerk wouldn't throw so hard.

PhillyPhreak54

Here comes the implosion.

Taveras eeks one past Howard.

Bases loaded 1 out. Top 9.

FARG>

Lets go for fargs sake.

PhillyPhreak54

Madson strikes out Craig Biggo (watching that, Billy Wagner?)...

Berkman up.

Madson staying in to face him despite Fidel warming up in the pen.

Strike 1

PhillyPhreak54

You know what?

This is farging ridiculous.

Ryan Madson is shtein.

Berkman clears the bases with a double down the 3B line on an 0-2 curveball that was HANGING like a motherfarger.

farging goddamn bums.

mpmcgraw

They should have put Castro in, so glad I'm not a manager and can point these things out at my leisure.
