Kyle Mathieson started out the 3rd by K'ing Beltran and then 0-2 on Delgado. Which was nice.

Until he then served up the HR to Delgado to put the Mets up 4-0... on that 0-2 count. Brilliant!

Yeah, I was just going to bring back up your "jumping two levels" comment, pointing out that it simply proves nothing whatsoever. But I see that you see that now.

It was nice how Howard hit a 2-run shot to cut the 4-0 lead in half to 4-2 with no outs in the 4th.

It was not so nice how Burrell kept the rally NOT going with a groundout. It was really not nice how Troy Mathieson gave up back-to-back shots to Beltran and Delgado to start the 5th. Rick White in the game now. YES!

I was just pointing out that he is clearly not ready yet, when you said he sucks.

Big opportunity here in the bottom of the 6th. Maine should be tiring a bit, and Victorino, Utley, Howard due up.
