Error for Utley, should have been one for future HOFer Jimmy Rollins.

Rollins hits into a DP to end the inning. 0-5 tonight with an error. His fielding has been horrendus all year.

OK, thouse with the Philly feed, was that call on the potential double play in the 9th as bad as it looked on the Rockies feed? They never showed a good slo-mo replay.

Please tell me why I continue to listen to this shtein on the internet? At least those of you on the east coast can go to bed now and forget about it. It's only 4:30 PM here so I will get Sports Center highlights for the next seven hours.

sigh. tough game. bullpen was actually really good, and the offense just shut down after the big inning. when have we seen that? people will of course be on abreu for striking out in the 9th, but that isnt news. anytime he doesnt come through in a clutch spot, he gets killed. howard had 2 big at bats and he gidped and struck out. probably wont get a mention of that.

oh well. madson needs to rebound from his awful outing, that i went to, tommorrow. we win the next two, its 10-11. doesnt sound too bad considering that awful start.

Yeah, because it's not like he was batting above .350 or anything coming into tonight's game.

Games like tonight's are painful. At least if it stayed 7-1 in the later innings, you could write it off, but no, they get all the way back to 7-6 with the tying and go-ahead/winning runs on base as early as the 4th inning and they shut it down...

good for statistics, but i prefer to live in reality. he had the biggest part of them losing this game. so he can die. until tomorrow.
