Flash blew the save in the 8th inning (thanks to loser Rhodes) but gets the win as Rowand singles home Howard in the bottom of the 9th.

According to the Daily News Rollins held a players only meeting yesterday which of course led to the win.  Rollins went 0-4 after hosting the meeting. 

The thing that stinks about this team is they always seem to get it going just before the trade deadline and once that time has passed they drop deader than Ken Lay.

Seriously, this guy sucks.

Rowand drives one off the RF wall. Burrell is at 1st and Dancy sends him. The RF fell down so it looked like a good runner would've scored. But not Pat.

And what does Pat The Vadge do? He makes this half hearted attempt at 'dozing Piazza and looks like a fool. He should've trucked him and he olay'd it. F'ing Hoyda.

Rowand at 3rd with 2 outs and Bell is up. He'll strikeout or groundout.

Piazza allows Rowand to score due to his terrible defense. Passed ball. 1-0 Phils.

And Bell then singles. Ruiz IBB'd and Mathieson up.
