A-Fraud sold his obscene pile of bricks in Miami today for $30,000,000.

The Miami/Dade Property Appraiser had it valued for $17M or 58% of the sale price.

In Florida we're supposed to be anywhere between 76.5% and 92% with a mean of 85%. In effect he was getting an $8,500,000 value break by being valued @ 58%.

Rich people are job creators and deserve those breaks. No, really.

I had a random thought that I've been posting here with some of you fargers for a little over 12 years, which is ridiculous on many, many levels. I'd say that this information is apropos of nothing, but that's true of probably 99.9% of the posts over those years. Uhh... Happy anniversary?
