QuoteObama is forcing all gun owners to pay a yearly registration fee for every firearm you own...varying in price depending on type of weapon, with handgun being most expensive. I hope this isn't true

Godamn I hope that's true. One doesn't need a 4-inch long death stick to hunt for deer or even to protect their home.
I cant wait to walk in your house when the world is ending and doing this to you

Paco,
This is just a stab, but if you are law enforcement, retired or active, or military, retired or active, you can get a "Blue Label" Glock with three magazines, at a very reduced priced. I paid 439.00 for my 23, and an additional $60 for the Glock night sights.

So i got my new Saiga 12ga, took it to the range yesterday.  I cleaned the shtein out of it Friday, and oiled/greased it up.  Apparently when i put the Dust cover back on, i didnt give enough clearance room for the Dust Clip cover.  First shot, the dust cover flew off right at my head, luckily i had glasses on or i'd be rocking a black eye today(sorry i didnt die)  Otherwise this thing fired great, shot thru 15 slugs, was accurate within 3 inches at 35 yds.  I'm getting a Red Dot setup tomorrow, and a 12 rd clip.  Zombies are gonna hate me

Im in the market for a Glock 21 right now.  Problem is, right now everywhere is sold out.  Hopefully, by Friday, Zombies will hate me more.

I did the zombie defense Beermonkey, even went as far as making sure we watched multiple zombie movies over the weekends leading up to my purchase.  If all else fails, go with the possible depression coming, and what are you gonna do to stop robbers with guns.  I'm building up a small army, my defense plans for zombies involves leaving land and going to a local fort here.

Pick up the "Zombie Survival Guide".  Lots of good tips.

my buddy just got a .40cal glock took about a month from the day he put his order in until he got it Saturday.  It was just made at the glock factory on March 6th.

honestly im all for the whole second amendment thing, but why in gods name do you need so many guns you sociopath?

As someone who is about to buy a Glock .40 or Sig Sauer .40, I would be totally in favor of paying a yearly registration fee.

why? so he says he's not raising taxes, yet finding other ways to get that money out of your pocket, it's ok? please. legalize pot, a whole new huge industry is born and can be taxed.

Because I have no problem paying a small fee to register my weapon. I'd pay a hundred bucks a year to register it. Hell, I pay 62 or whatever a year to register my truck.

It doesn't infringe on our rights to own the guns and it helps generate money for the government to pay down the Bush debt. I'm ok with that.

There are plenty of people who enjoy pot that would be saying the same thing as you. If you aren't for jacking up taxes, you aren't for it. If you don't want to pay the registration fee, don't have a gun.

Sure he did, but not in the name of atheism.

True and false. He always had ulterior motives, but he did kill people of faith, if for no other reason that to assure they wouldn't meddle in political affairs. Point is, people are  good at offing each other. Religion, believing it or not, is just an excuse to do it.

i have no problem with a fee, im MD i already had to pay a fee to have my pistol taken to the State Police barracks and test fired to get a ballistics match.  I'm fine with that, it the fees on existing guns that i think would be bullshtein.  The majority of issues with guns is related to the black market trade of weapons sold on the street on Straw sales, and im 100% behind jailing and taking assets from morons who go and buy 20 guns and sell them immediately.  Its those fools who make every other responsible owner look bad.

apparently the registration fees relate to all guns you own past present and or future. so even if your a gun collector...every gun you own, every year you have to pay for it. then again, i got this news from a right wing nut job, so all this could be blown out of proportion.

im all for harder gun laws, because gun related deaths are out of control in this country. making people pay a yearly fee isn't going to stop illegal purchasing of guns. its just more money the gov't is taking from you. put together a program to keep guns out of the wrong peoples hand and have gun owners pay for it, I'm all for. i want to know where this money would be going and don't think its going to help make a dent in this deficit.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Rome

Why the farg should gun owners who don't break the law have to pay for criminals who do?

That's just plain stupid, Mussa.

St. Patty's day used to be fun, then there's douchebags (^Exhibit A^)that think they have to get shteinfaced cause they're 5% Irish. I'll drive by the bar on my way home and it will be packed with retards who think they have to conform to some stupid stereotype. You'll probably go out on Cinco De Mayo next and drink Corona.
