As it says in the article, it's illegal in most states for teachers to sex up their students, even if they're of age.

A lot of collateral damage can happen to the school, the other students, and obviously the participants in such an offense (call it "second-hand smoke")... so, that's the justification in making it law instead of allowing the schools (call them "bars") to regulate and punish.

I agree with you on this one, but I'm also against the smoking bans.

I just met Rob Riggle from The Daily Show.  He's a Marine Reservist (from KC) so when the stike took affect, he went on a short period of active duty and now he's processing back off active duty so he can get back to work.
