Turkey Point nuclear power plant in South Florida shut down this afternoon.  2-3 million customers from Miami to Daytona Beach were without power for a while but it looks like things are up and running again.  Some streets were down here in Daytona while others were working fine.  I didn't lose power but I did lose cable at the same time. 

Weirdness.

Parts of Ft. Myers were without power as well.  My district cancelled all sporting events because of the traffic problems.
