I don't know it for a fact, but I'm going to go ahead and put my money on some combination of eating less and moving more.

For sure. But clearly I was looking for more specific (and ultimately helpful) information than that.

Honestly, eating less and moving more is the most helpful advice you'll ever get when it comes to weight loss. Everything else is quick fix bullshtein.

Eating Hoyda is more important than eating less.

A fair point, but it probably won't help you lose weight unless you're replacing a meal or two a day with some delicious stinkpocket.

A man could thrive on a diet of bacon, beer & Alba Hoyda.

Fixed.  Don't be greedy.  All three would basically be an excellent vision of heaven.

No doubt. But he seems to have lost a significant amount in a relatively short time. I'm just curious how he did it.

I started the real push to lose on March 3rd. Prior to that I had just been cutting back calories and working out sporadically. So from July of last year until March of this year I lost a little bit. But the real losses were from March until the present.

I go to the gym 6 days a week and do 45 minutes of cardio (elliptical or treadmill) and then a free-weights session of 40 minutes. I kept basically the same routine since I started there.

As for eating, I got rid of the garbage like soda, white breads and fried stuff. I didn't have a soda until I went on vacation and even then it was diet. Although when I got to Peru I had some of their sodas down there. I was averaging about 1500 calories a day since March.

I used Hydroxycut Hardcore for about 2 months and the cycled off. I also am taking a multi, fish oil and green tea extract.
