A hypnotist once told me to clear your mind....take 10 deep breaths....inhale slowly....exhale slowly.

If you're still not relaxed, do it until your mind finally stops racing and all you can concentrate on is nothingness. Otherwise, just know you're usually within earshot of a cup of coffee wherever it is you'll be going tomorrow/today.

It is now a federal crime to bring a Galaxy Note 7 onto an airplane

QuotePassengers who bring a Note 7 onto a plane are "subject to civil penalties of up to $179,933 for each violation for each day they are found to be in violation (49 U.S.C. 5123)," and could be prosecuted, which could "result in fines under title 18, imprisonment of up to ten years, or both (49 U.S.C. 5124)."

The man. The myth. The legend.

I finally knocked out around 1. Alarm this morning sucked but I made my flight. Sitting here waiting to take off to Chicago and then Grand Rapids Michigan.

And hopefully no one has the Galaxy 7 phone onboard

Sometimes just trying to clear the mind is enough effort to keep me awake. But concentrating on breathing cycles really does give the brain something worthless to grab onto, and that helps to let all the other shtein go.

Landed in Chicago

Wish I had time to go out and explore the city. The flight in was my first on a 767 with the lie flat seats. So nice.
