No but I had a case come across my desk recently from Schwartz Culleton and it was like seeing a unicorn.  I didn't think they existed other than in awful radio ads and billboards.

I don't really specialize in anything at the moment.  I work for a judge so I do everything that comes across his desk.  I just finished writing an opinion from a murder appeal.  Case before that was to enforce a settlement agreement.  One before that was deciding whether someone is incapacitated.  So a group of different ones.

Specifically though in terms of actual trials we get, it's mostly Estate / Trust litigation (like a hyper version of family law because it's fighting over Wills and things) with some criminal mixed in.

so youre doing the john middleton money fight now?

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Cool - good luck.

If it's cool Id like to bounce a couple of questions off you in regards to civil law dealing with landlord vs tenant stuff?

Congrats EL.  What kind of sports car are ya getting LOL.

My neighbor served as an orphans court judge until he retired for the third time.  I'm assuming PA has a similar structure where the Ophans court in Maryland was mostly wills/estate/trust battles

Hah associates at Bucks firms aren't exactly caked off.  You need to do well.

But yeah that's basically what Orphans Court is.  It's more interesting than people think (to me anyway).

In today's episode of "Driving in Houston"...

Dude leads cops on a chase. He goes through an intersection and smashes into someone and the careened off that car into another. His ride is disabled so he gets out as cops surround him. He makes the decision to reach back into the car as they have their guns on him...and that's the last thing he will ever do. Shot dead on live TV.
