Blues Traveler guy has tons of weapons and some drugs.  But he doesn't have man boobs anymore.

The musician, 39, was arrested on Tuesday in Washington after his car was pulled over for speeding and police discovered a cache of weapons and marijuana in the vehicle, the Associated Press reports.

Popper's black Mercedes SUV was clocked at 111 mph on Interstate highway 90, according to the Washington State Patrol. Popper, a Washington resident, owns the car, but Brian Gourgeois, 34, of Austin, Texas, was at the wheel, trooper Jeff Sevigney said.

Officers searched the car with a police dog and found four rifles, nine handguns and a switchblade knife in hidden compartments, as well as a Taser, night vision goggles and a small amount of marijuana.

"I have big man boobs," he said. "I got plastic surgery to chop them off. They took six pounds off of my chest. Yeah, I was like the Michelin man deflated."

Ha.  Back when Blue Traveler was big, and I was still in college, I picked this guy up in a Limo to take him to one of his concerts.  On the drive from his hotel in Princeton to the concert in Trenton (about a 15-20 minute drive) he downed an entire fifth of Jack Daniels.  When he got out of the limo, you couldn't even tell...it had no effect on him.

March 7, 2007 -- A beautiful blond music teacher has been busted for allegedly having a torrid affair with an underage special-ed student.

Emily Streb, 23, was arraigned yesterday on third-degree rape and other charges at Bronx Criminal Court for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old, whose name is being withheld because of the nature of the charge.

"The complaining witness is a special-ed student who suffers from psychiatric problems," Assistant DA Heather Cook told Judge Ralph Fabrizio. "She was his music teacher."

The two had sex "multiple" times at the teacher's Bronx home from last October to November, and in the evening or early morning at the student's Bronx home in December, Cook said.
