Hartford has nothing on Bridgeport, to keep within CT borders.  And of course Camden and East St. Louis and any number of towns are much worse.

But as far as "the city shuts down at five o'clock," nothing beats Hartford.  Town is dead at night, except for people doing dirt.

I do to but this is a little brutal some woman has dominated the jukebox and is playing terrible music. The only crappy shtein she hasn't played is nickleback.
