i've had deep dish a couple times and i didnt hate it but i'd much rather have ny style.

ny style is obviously way better than deep dish but i will say there is a local mini chain of spots in DC called armands whose deep dish is some of the best pizza ive ever had....im guessing real chicago dd is even better but still not comparable to nystylee

I enjoy both.  Pizza is farging pizza.  Sometimes I want a thicker crust.  Sometimes I don't.  This is like arguing Wiz or Provolone. They're both awesome.   

PS...if you put pineapple on your pizza then you need to farging end yourself.

I had actually typed out a little Hawaii exemption but deleted it when I realized that pineapple pizzas are often called Hawaiian Pizzas, so it was probably those island dwelling d-bags who came up with the idea and forever tainted mainland pizza.  So yeah, farg Hawaii.
