So I cut my finger pretty bad slicing up a watermelon last night. Pretty sure it needs a stitch or two, but I really dont feel like going through the hassle of sitting in the ER, getting sewed up, then paying out the nose for it. Clearly we have no doctors here, but does anyone know if anything other than a scar/more healing time will occur by not seeing a doc?

Once you get it glued shut, be sure to get plenty of hoyda juice on it. The cut will still scar, but at least you'll have some fond memories down the road.

You just need some caps or crowns.  Go to a freaking dentist.  I know plenty of Jewish ones.

yeah it sounds weird but the dentist is usually who i go to for teeth problems as well.

Why don't you befriend a mexican, have him/her (but most likely him in your case) and have them escort you across the border to see a dentist for a third of the cost.

It's what people with no insurance like me do.
