LOL!! Ok. Well, like I've said I have thought long and hard about this. I like Eagles to start with an the screeching eagle looks somewhat like the logo, thought not exactly. I like the last one best also, although not because it looks like it's choking. Lol!! If anyone has any other pics of Eagle heads I'd like to see them.

also, for the record, i have an eagles head tattooed on my calf and while i don't hate it or regret it, at the same time, i still think it was kind of dumb.  probably because my life doesn't revolve around the eagles the same as it did 10 years ago when i got it. 

and i still hate them for sucking ass last week. 

I feel you man, thats why I've been thinking about this for so long, and want it to be a good rep of an eagle, not the team logo. I was going to get it on my shoulder, so it would be covered with a tee shirt. I know the screechin' eagle looks like the logo, but if it was in color I think it might be different enough were I didn't look branded. I don't know, thats why I threw it out there for you guys.

Is your tattoo like the logo, or more like just an eagle head? I have looked around and found a pretty good tattoo artist. I think that makes a big difference. I know I want this, I just want to make sure I have the right design.

it's cheesy as hell and cliche but i really think that if a person gets a tattoo then it should have serious personal meaning to it.  people who get tats because they think the design is cool or because everyone else is getting the same thing are ultimately going to regret it. 

That can't be true. If I would have gotten the barbed wire tattoo that I never wanted, it would still be ultra badass today

ok, if you're getting it colored in natural eagle colors, then that makes a huge difference.  and yeah, i got the eagle head.

Well, I have more to talk about with the artist. Like about the color white. I want the white with the feathered look. I've heard white is not a good color to do on a tattoo. It fades.

all tattoos are stupid and ugly in time, no matter how "meaningful" or good looking they are when you first get them.  especially other people's tattoos.

I'm getting another one soon.  My wife is a nurse, so I'm going to get a Varga-esque nurse hottie twirling a stethoscope in one hand, hypodermic needle in the other, banner underneath with her name on it.  Can't wait to get it, and I look forward to being an old man with a zesty tat of my wife on my arm.
