Also...Brown is not just as much at fault.  He wasn't driving.  The drunk driver who lets someone ride with him bears more responsibility than the drunk passenger who goes for a ride.  It's one thing to drive yourself home alone when you're drunk, and another thing entirely to take someone else along for the ride.

in a perfect unrealistic world youd be right....but i have never ever in my life seen a dunk driver tell everyone hes leaving but no one should get in the car with him cause they might die....however i have seen hundreds of times people stop or try to stop a drunk from driving because he might kill himself...or choose not to ride with a drunk driver....if you are to drunk to convince yourself that you shouldnt drive yourself you arent going to be sober enough to tell someone else they shouldnt ride with you...doesnt even make sense

a.)  Dude was in shock, and drunk.  His behavior was perfectly in line with reality at the time.

b.)  This classless bitch has an axe to grind, doesn't she?  Passing judgement and seeking out the press to broadcast it?  farg her.

This.  I love how she's quoted as saying that "He may have been in shock, but he was very coherent at the time."  Um, he got in the wreck because he was drunk....which means he wasn't totally coherent to begin with.  Pretty sure that flipping around in your car like a lotto ball didn't help matters much either.  Dumb bitch.

Brent farged up big time. He deserves to pay for his crime and he will. Not only physically with jail time but emotionally as well. I could not even imagine living my life if my actions were a direct cause of someone dying. He doesn't need some person piling on.
