I would like to add something that I found so funny, I nearly drove off the road yesterday.

I have to drive by again today to see what business it was that had this, but I drove past a place that had one of those signs (like in Sun Mo's sig) and it said, "WHO NEEDS TO WHEN WE HAVE A PINKY?"

I think it was a physical therapy office, but I'm not sure.

QuoteIn Philly, Gaffney rips former team
Eagles receiver glad to join 'real organization' after leaving Texans

New Philadelphia Eagles receiver Jabar Gaffney took some shots at his former team, the Texans, at his introductory news conference Tuesday.

Gaffney, a 2002 second-round pick who had a career-high 55 catches last season, was familiar with the Eagles because of his cousin, Philadelphia cornerback Lito Sheppard.

Gaffney was asked what he thought about the Eagles organization.

"It's totally different from Houston," he said. "The couple of times I've come around here, seeing how close-knit they were and the facilities, it's totally different. This is a real organization, and I'm happy to be a part of it."

Gaffney also took a shot at Texans quarterback David Carr when he was asked how different it'll be catching passes from Donovan McNabb.

"It'll make a world of difference," he said. "Carr was thrown in as a rookie and was sacked a bunch of times. He was kind of gun-shy back there, trying to get rid of the ball quickly, and a lot of times that didn't even work. Being here, with a proven Pro Bowl quarterback, a good line and a great offensive system with great players everywhere will make a world of a difference."

Gaffney, who averaged only 8.9 yards per catch last season, brought up the offensive line when trying to pinpoint the Texans' problems last season.

"That was real tough," he said. "If you were on the road, a lot of times, before you even got into your routes, you heard the crowd cheering because they got another sack. Or, if we were at home, they (fans) would start to boo. It got frustrating."

Gaffney, who signed a one-year contract, described the difficulty of playing for the Texans.

"It was real tough," he said. "It was a new experience for me. I had never been on a losing team, never been on an expansion team. I had a lot thrown at me at once, and it's helped me a lot. I know that side and how that feels. I never want to feel like that again."

The Texans, who will play Philadelphia this season, said they would have no response to Gaffney's comments.

That was a shot at Carr? Sounded more like a shot at the oline....rightfully so.

And if that writer thinks that's a shot at Carr, he needs to read the papers more often to see what TO says about his QBs.

He was definitely taking shots at Carr yesterday when he was being interviewed on Sirius. Reminded me more Freddie Mitchell than TO.

Randall and Donovan didn't always have great OLs and they found ways to deal with it, but Carr hasn't.  Yes, I know Carr doesn't run and their OL sucks, but QBs find ways to adapt.  More shotgun...more screens....something.  Houston's offense is basically "drop back and get killed"....

Didn't see this posted yet so my apologies if it already was, but here's a 2005 Gaffney Highlight reel. The quality is bad so you might feel drunk watching it but I like what I see.

Edit: It might just be that he's wearing #86, but he reminds me a lot of Reggie Brown.

PoopyfaceMcGee

That's good news, because Reggie Brown is going to be a Pro Bowler this year, I heard.

I heard he was going to rewrite the Bible and heal the sick.

General_Failure

An end around for no gain made his highlight reel. Well, at least he can catch the ball.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Reggie Brown doesn't have to re-write the Bible, because he already inspired the existing version.
