agreed.  i like this move, i don't think it's the answer, but a definite improvement.

In all of the other nonsense I hadn't mentioned how much I love that Gaffney has return experience. I honestly think that may be the best part of this signing.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

His return experience is about as awesome as his quarterbacking experience.

That would be about a million times better than the return experience of every non-westbrook member of the 2005 Eagles.

there is some great comedy in this thread, as romey put it, a bizarro- :CF

i'm ok with this deal as long as they don't believe this is going to solve their problems.  as hunt pointed out, it does make me feel better that some "other" guys may not make the roster due to these signings, i'm happy about that, but i'd still like to see another receiver come in.  if it doesn't happen, i won't get depressed, but i'd like to see it happen.

i didn't get a chub over the deal, but there was no shrinkage either.  take it for what it's worth

I'm on board with the deal, as a minor deal.  Gaffney is better than some of the stiffs we lined up last year.  Can't hurt to get him in to compete.  It's not like he signed a monster contract.  If it works out, great.  If not, no biggie.
