I don't think the Eagles would trade the 4th rounder (even the late one they got from Indy) when they know very well that the Bills will not go into the season with Moulds on the roster anyway.  The same reason the Eagles couldn't get anything in return for T.O., really.

And Houston won't trade their 4th, because the nature of this year's draft means that a lot of talent will fall into the early 4th, and Houston's pick is certainly in the very early 4th.

Moulds will eventually be released, but who knows how long the Bills will wait...

Wrong!  He'd be cut from another team and not subject to compensatory rules.  Also, the Eagles have already added much more than they can or will lose by league standards, so at this point, they should add the maximum number of free agents, because they're not going to get any comp picks in 2007 no matter what.
