chris there really isnt tailgating in new orleans...i say we all hit a bar...perhaps the one where green legion will be if we can get in...and then take the parade to the stadium and party up there....in front of the superdome the saints have a big area with beer vendors and bands and crap like that where everyone congregates pre game

That's what I thought, I was really just looking for a common meeting place regardless of whether it's a bar, parking lot or behind a whore house dumpster.

I sent the Green Legion site an message to see if it's possible to just sign up for the Sunday event. I'll let ya'll know what I hear.

Hypothetically, if I wanted to see some hot donkey-on-girl action, where would I find it in NO?

You're heading down there to help with "Katrina." You don't need a babysitter, just tell your wife it will only be a couple of hours. Get the rest of it yourself.

ha...i already sent the site admin an email regarding only getting into the sunday johnson....no go unfortunately...he said sunday represents 99% of his costs for the weekend...im hoping we can get in at least but not get the buffet and beer

I was thinking the same thing, the buffet dealy before the game sounds good, but I don't need to go bar to bar with that crew all weekend.  I'll be getting my big ass beers for a dollar on the side of the street.  let me know if they'll let us join just for game day.

As long as I can get in the bar, I'm happy.

I can't drink bud/bud light, so I'd end up buying my own anyway. I don't really care about the buffet either & will grab something on the way.

I can't see them shutting down the entire bar for that group, but will check with the bar beforehand.

i am thinking the same thing.  they're not getting any bars reserved.  i have a feeling their schedule just goes along with the normal happy hour specials at each bar.  i mean maybe they get a bracelet  for a cheaper price or something, but some of those bars on bourbon street have all day happy hours.  it won't be a problem to drink on the cheap with lots of eagles fans.

sunday morning from 8-11 and with a buffet i wouldnt be so sure that they didnt reserve the bar out....even if sunday is reserved who cares...we can find another spot and join them for the parade johnson
