blacks generally being in the lower income brackets gravitate towards the cheaper eateries

ihop for breakfast
red lobster for dinner

the fried cancer restaurants on every corner in the hood...shtein im surprised  they havent found a way to fry 40's yet

There was a pretty even mixture of people the day I was there.  Just as many blacks as whites, I'd say.
