Anyone set off into a whining fit by LaVar signing with the Giants should be shot.  He's been on the open market for how long and unable to get a deal to suit his needs?  The guy is obviously over-hyped and overrated.

Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the Green Bay Packers have reached a seven-year deal with free agent CB Charles Woodson (Raiders) worth around $45 million. While the deal has been agreed to, Woodson has yet to sign the deal.

An awful lot IMO.

Depends on the signing bonus.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.

Charles Woodson is one of the most overrated players Ive ever seen in the NFL.  Somehow he is smart enough to keep making huge cash while being no more than an average CB.

seriously, how does he keep getting huge cash. Franchised multiple times and now this?  Unless the Packers are as stupid as Al Davis, this deal must be backloaded out the ass.  Cant wait to see PFT break it down if it goes through.

Schefter said last night that he will get $10.5 million in real money this year and $18 million total in the first 3 years.

So, I'm sure the last 4 years are unlikely to be reached, but that's still some decent scratch for a guy like him.
