Are cool.  :D

We already have 9" of snow here and the heavy stuff is about to hit. How are the rest of you NE people doing?

Phreak, I see Phoenixville is up there with the highest totals.

I'm at work in West Chester and the first shift guys can't make it in so me and the other guy are stuck for at least 8 more hours (which'll be double time pay). And the 2nd shift guys might not make it in either because they're coming from Oxford. So we could be looking at a 24 hour shift. Joy.

We've got 11" in West Chester so far. Plows haven't even touched the roads here yet.

The news just said that we're about to get hit with the heavy stuff as the "band" north and west of the city moves down as it goes to move off shore....but its going to hit Jersey hard on the way.

My friends are going to be trying to fly in to Pittsburgh and Philly in a few hours from here.  We're not extremely encouraged about the outlook for my Philly-bound buddies to make it on time.  We were watching The Weather Channel, and they actually said on the national report that "Chester County got socked".

Looks like they picked a bad weekend to surprise me for my birthday.

BTW, we got some rain yesterday here in NC.  It was rough.

It's only 52 down here right now.  We're freezing.

The weather people are all in a lather because of our freeze warning for tonight.  Supposed to drop to 35.  :-D

I couldn't care less about any snow. I have nowhere to go and nothing to do. No shoveling, nothing.

i'd say we got about 8-10 in lancaster.  and this time around i have sand bags in the back of my truck.   ;)

Down here in Northern Virginia, we have about 9", which is some kind of farging emergency. Still coming down near us though....good stuff. Smacked my nephew right in the eye with a snowball this morning.  :-D BTW, this snow is great for making snowballs, snowmen, etc. Not that lose powdery shtein.  :yay
