Does the taterskins getting swallowed in a pool of suck, affect the Duckett trade to their disadvantage?

I could only muster up enough strength to watch a couple plays of football after the Eagles debacle, but the one play I did see in this game, Troy vincent missed a tackle, and the dude from Indy broke off a huge gain.
