That is a great point, qb situation still terrible.

Also, the Skins seem to be in cap hell, and Eskin talks how they mismanage the cap and will never be able to sign players. I would also like to know how they can continue to sign players year after year and spend tons of money.

Brandon Lloyd's deal is relatively small and back-loaded.  Randle El's 6 year deal probably includes a tiered signing bonus with a very, very small cap # for year 1.  Sure, they will find a way to stay under for this year.

In the end, they will not have spent more than the Eagles this off-season.  They will, probably, have committed more guaranteed money to future years.

I'm not so sure about that, Gibbs has stated he's not doing business that way. Besides, we've heard that tune year after year since Snyder started spending(2000), and it has never caught up with them yet. They always seem to find a way.

Eagles fans should be outraged that management refuses to spend money. Who is going to be left if they keep waiting. Donovan can't do it alone, he can't do it when surrounded by a star reciever.

Not doubting you, but I'm to the point that I will not believe any signing, for any team, until the official announcement is made.  These idiots and their "sources" have gotten too many of these damn things wrong.
