I don't think Minnesota is really any better than Phoenix or dc...maybe slightly...they are all cities who care it's just that they have a very low level of caring and they don't hate losing enough

This is one area where Philadelphia hasn't been hit especially hard. Maybe because in order to collapse, you have to have expectations. For whatever reason, Philly teams have authored plenty of collapses and gut punches for other teams, but when our teams die it's more of slowly unfolding tragedy.

The one legendary Philly collapse on the list wasn't even the worst Gene Mauch collapse.

I liked how that Braves one made the list too. It ended up working against the Phillies in the long run, but it was daily fun checking up on the standings. And then in the final game the Phils got to Craig Kimbrel who was the golden boy that whole season.
