I think there are two different Randle El camps out there.   The people who think he is a bigtime WR waiting to happen and will be a solid #1 with the Eagles.  They are idiots.   The other camp who would take Randle El,  which is the boat im in, is the one who sees him as a solid upgrade over  McMullen,G. Lewis and McCants.  He is also a player who can help in the return department.    Just an upgrade at the WR position, not a savior by any means.   Glad we got that cleared up now.

I'm in the latter camp as well.  Randle-el is not a #1.

I'll take Moulds, Givens, Wayne, Jerkinvicious, Randle El, Bryant.  Not obtaining one of these is a failed WR offseason.

they dont have to get a number one for me to be happy...but they HAVE to get at a minimum a very good/great number two...if they upgraded at the number 3 spot as well id be absolutely estatic same for if they got a legit number one

edit: as far as UFA goes

the draft is irrelevant this year as far as wr's...whoever they may take in the draft would not help this team very much if at all as far as 06 is concerned

I think Givens, Wayne, Joe J, Randle El, or Bryant would be nice additions to have alongside Reggie Brown. If we can get another WR on the field to take some pressure of the kid he could really flourish.

I liked what I saw out of Givens against Denver and Jacksonville, big dude who's not afraid to go over the middle and make a tough catch.

If Moulds shakes lose, and the Birds don't make a run at him, I'd be seriously disappointed.

i honestly haven't heard anyone who thinks he can be a #1.  i think people either think he's an upgrade over the current WRs or he's not.  i really haven't heard any Randle El #1 talk

Lloyd and possibly Washington are the only names that would really help us...

Zanshin

Lloyd seems really inconsistent.  I'd pass.

i agree that they don't need a true #1, but imagine what Moulds would do for this offense.  he pushes the other WR back into the roles that they are most effective in.  a healthy McNabb with a WR corps of Moulds, Brown, Pinkston, Lewis, and with LJ and Westbrook would be a very effective offense.

Lloyd is a punk. Like IGY said he makes insane catches and then he'll drop 3 easy ones. He's got a little Pinky in him too (alligators).

I wouldn't mind Jurevicious as a #3. He'd kill in the slot & red-zone.

Kevin Curtis would also be a killer slot guy. He's fast as farg.

I want Eric Moulds. Antonio Bryant is a certified nutzo.

Reggie Brown
Antwan Randle-El
Kevin Curtis
Greg Lewis
Billy McMullen

I'd be happy with that WR corps if we couldn't land Moulds.

Diomedes

I'd be very happy to have Randle El, but not if they think he's the answer at WR.  As others have said, he's the answer to McMullen/GLew/McCants.  Their games are very different, so it's not fair to compare him to Pink, but even so, at his best I'm not sure Pink is better than Randle El.  And I like Pink.  Get Randle El!!

Regarding the other WR the Eagles should get in addition to Randle El, I say just go pay Moulds and be done with it.

Moulds isn't going anywhere.  He wants to finish his career in Buffalo and now that Donowho & McGillicuddy  ;)  are gone, he'll be more apt to take their money than he would otherwise.

Trust me, I know things.

MURP

taking a look at RFA, id like to get Kevin Curtis.  Guy is a blazer and a playmaker.  Just wonder if all the grass and no turf would  neutralize him too much.
