Can I add "Congress" to my Ghoulpool list?

6. Each quarter, you may drop someone from your list to add another. The newest addition will take the 25th position, and everyone else will move up to fill the empty slot. There are only additions allowed on the 1st day of each quarter.

I don't see anything against listing a group of peope, so if you wait until Q2, I don't see why not.

It raises a question though.  How would you score it?  Would you have to score each individual killed?  How many would have to eat it in order to qualify your entry for scoring?  I mean, five of them could easily perish at once in an airplane.  I wouldn't want that to count.  It would have to be many more than that...Oklahoma City style or something like that.

Still, I like your spirit Jerk.  Thinking big.

I think a majority from a 'group' would have to go, but the bonus points should be significant for actually having the balls to predict the demise of several people at once. I'm going to have to mull this over.

There would have[/b] to be a significant upside to winning such an unlikely play.  But, you'd have to prevent people submitting a list comprised solely of groups of people--can you see it, "the Isrealis," or "the terrorists"??--on the off chance of one of them hitting, and thereby winning the whole contest.

And remember - if you kill anyone on your list, you are eliminated, and forfeit your entry fee.

Alright, fine.  Party poopers.  Can we at least nuke this bunch?  At halftime of Super Bowl XL?  That would be awful satisfying.

Interesting thought - what if you nuked Super Bowl XL...how bad would that be?  Given that very few actual fans get to go, and the number of iceholes is disproportionately large, this might be a net positive.  icehole athletes, politicians, entertainers...the benefit to society could be tremendous.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

I couldn't agree more.  I was filling up my car with premium @ $2.599/gal on Saturday night, and I realized how totally farged we are on gas prices.  Republicans in power will look the other way while the oil companies make money hand over fist, and then some.  Democrats in power will tax/regulate the living hell out of the oil companies so they would justify having to charge more to the consumers.  Farg them all.

Look the other way! Ha! I wish.
They gave them 2.7 billion in tax cuts this year. The largest tax cut ever ever. To companies who make money hand over fist.

rjs246

Why should huge corporations have to pay taxes? That's crazy talk.

Or the wealthy? or the poor? or small business owners? Let's just put the whole farging country on my back, why don't we?

That's what I'm saying, though.  Their profits are through the roof, and they're completely gouging customers, and the Republican-controlled government is keeping them "honest" by giving them tax CUTS.  Awesome.

Exactly. Meanwhile, huge cuts in social services, ports are ungaurded, roads are falling apart, soldiers don't have armour, etc, etc.

No one seems to get it.; The govt cuts their taxes, allowing them to be more profitable. Do you think they just bank the extra profits? They pay them to the owners (stock holders) in the form of dividends who the majority of the time reinvest them fueling the expansion of the economy. Or the company reinvests the money creating more jobs and/or fueling the economy. Socialists don't like to admit that this is how a free market economy works, but this is a free economics lesson. I enjoy reinvestging dividend checks. I like increasing my wealth, don't the rest of you?
