Right now, in all honesty, I wouldnt trust Wagner in a big spot in October. Something about that 4-0 lead he blew in the ninth against the Yanks last month just doesnt sit right with me. The Reds game he blew last week also sucked.

I still think we need another starting pitcher, and I'm now on board with the Milledge for Dontrelle possibility. Hopefully Florida starts to lose some games, and maybe Omar will consider it.  Having Dontrelle and Mike Pelfrey at the front of the rotation for a long time is exciting. Plus, I dont like Milledge...I think he'll be a good player, but I dont like his attitude. He came late to a game a few weeks ago, and pissed off some of the players. He needs to mature, and thats something that I dont think is would be a positive influence on this current team.

I agree that the Mets are the 4th best team in the majors. But they need to get to the Series...Id be real disapointed if they lost in the LCS.

Totally agree with needing another quality starter.  If it ain't Pedro or Glavine... I usually feel like we'll have to give the others tons of run support because chances are they're gonna get smacked around.  In the NL playoffs... or even the WS... that ain't good.

Btw... I don't have a problem with Milledge... other than the bumblings he had with the Green Monster last week... I like him but if he would land us Dontrelle in return... I'll pack his bags myself and pick you up along the way to help.

Problem is that Florida just jumped into second place... and while they've still go no shot at the postseason, they're not as bad as they need to be to seriously consider moving Willis.
