It's still funnier than any other comedy currently on TV.

arrested development (still on!!), the office, scrubs (its coming back), curb your enthusiasm. all funnier.

Office - Mildly amusing cringe humor, but definitely not even close to more funny than FG
Scrubs - Easily one of my favorite shows, but it's not on right now.  At best a push with FG anyhow.
CyE - Absolutely not.  It's like you're just reading critics' opinions to try to sound learned.
South Park - It has its moments, but it's not laugh-out-loud funny nearly as often.
