There we go...so Reid is justified in staying with the Eagles just as long.  Take that IGY.

never said he wasnt championship caliber....

There are probably several members of this board that would go feverishly seraching for evidence to the contrary. I am not one of them. And I'm tired of talking in circles, so here's a picture of a fetus.
I'm bored so I checked.  He never said that McNabb wasn't championship caliber, and further he said numerous times that McNabb was the Eagle's only chance to get to the Super Bowl this year.  He even said once that McNabb is better than Elway when he won the Super Bowl.  :sly
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

the rest of us see it as a few games where key players were hurt (Vincent, Buckhalter, McNabb, Westbrook), the defense wasn't up to snuff (Bucs, New England), the team ws lucky to be there in the first place (Carolina, 4th and 26) or the Eagles just flat out weren't the better team

i know how you see it...but if that makes you happy keep sippy sippin away at the kool aid...while other teams go to the superbowl...i myself want a championship
You'd never know it with you constantly running off at the mouth with your bullshtein about replacing AR and Donovan.

Right, I forgot, you don't want a new QB, you like McNabb, but he isn't mentally tough and isn't championship caliber, but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber,  but you want to win a championship, but he isn't championship caliber... does not compute.

Donavan is getting like $119 million garaunteed money, because of this, he is viewed by many in the locker as being apart of management, a "company man". Overtime, players begin to resent that, for T.O. it came to a head quickly. Overtime though, he is going to lose support of the locker room because of this. He is not in the same boat as the other players. You here players talk about the "football side" and the "business side" and how they have to deal with both. Donavan doesn't have to, no matter how bad he performs.

Not sure what the amount is, but he is viewed as pro-management by some players. If you don't see this you're the moron.
