Good to hear that they took 14 hours out of a day that could have and should have been spent preparing for the Giants. I love Terrell Owens!
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

What I can't figure out is why some really rich Eagles fan hasn't taken a contract out on that farger yet.

Seriously, my buddy and I were talking about this on the golf course yesterday.  Why hasn't some rich gazillionaire with connections in organized crime taken a contract out on T.O.?

Can someone please explain why this hasn't happened yet?

I heard he's going to force them to naked-hug.
My source says Hugh won't naked hug

My source can beat up your source.

My sources tell me that you are correct and that in a toe to toe fight, your sources would pound his sources into submission.  However, my sources also tell me that rjs' sources are a bunch of pyros and they would show up to the fight with flame throwers and Molotov cocktails which would do wonders for your redheaded skin complexion.

QuoteEagles | Reid testifies for four hours
Fri, 18 Nov 2005 20:46:11 -0800

ESPN.com reports Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid was cross-examined for nearly four hours during WR Terrell Owens grievance hearing.  Giving only 30 minutes of actual testimony, Reid spent the remaining time coughing and clearing his throat.

An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

What was great was the fact that in the Inky this morning, they said Reid SAT RIGHT ACROSS from Owens while giving his testimony. This is what I don't understand about Kessler--if the union feels that its going to go Owens' way, why didn't Bloch rule on it last night? I mean, when Burbank held the hearing last year concerning Owens, he made a point at the end of testimony to tell the players union that they should work out a deal--that's why you saw Steve Biscotti with such a sour face when they left the building.

Surely, after 14 hours of testimony, especially 4 1/2 hours from Reid, he could have come to a decision.

Bloch's probably deciding whether to scr00 the Eagles, because he's a Skins fan, or rule correctly.

There's a 'Skins home game tomorrow. It could be he's got a meeting with some people where a dead tree used to be.

QuoteThe arbitrator in charge of hearing the Terrell Owens grievance for reinstatement, Richard Bloch, is hearing the case and is expected to make a decision sometime next week.He did not issue a ruling after the 13-hour arbitration hearing Friday. Richard Berthelsen, general counsel of the NFL Players' Association, said a decision is expected by Tuesday and expressed optimism that Owens would not have to sit out the remainder of the season.
The NFL old standard.

bobbyinlondon

He "can express optimism that Owens will not have to sit out the rest of the season", but that's NOT what the hearing was about. The hearing was about the 4 game suspension ONLY.

I wish he would play.  So that all you people would have something to bitch about after the Eagles lose to the Giants.  Cuz i'll be thinking about Penn State and baseball.
