My sources just smoke-signaled me that they are planning a sneak attack on your sources and I believe I the phrase 'fecal cannon' was used. More than once.

That reminds me of a time I was camping after another debacherous day of canoeing on the Current River. When we got back to the campsite, I proceeded to get even drunker. That's when I realized I had to take a gigantic rjs so I shat onto a piece of saran wrap, took the package of poo with me back to the campfire, located the water balloon launcher, and sent the package into a neighboring campsite. I still don't feel guilty.

So uh...what's the verdict? Is he innocent or guilty?

For the charge, Murder in the First Degree, we the jury find the defendant, Terrell Owens, not guilty.
For the charge, conduct unbecoming a Philadelphia Eagle, we the jury find the defendant, Terrell Owens, guilty as charged.
For the charge, conduct detrimental to the Philadelphia Eagles winning a Super Bowl in 2006, we the jury find the defendant, Terrell Owens, guilty as charged.

Mr. Owens, you are hereby sentenced to time served and are to be dishonorably discharged from the Philadelphia Eagles.  This court is adjourned!   :boo  :boo

WEST is GOD

I'm sick of people reporting that the arbitrator may force the Eagles to release TO. That is not possible. They can only force them to not suspend him and pay him.

Owens hearing ends; ruling expected within several days
By Rob Maaddi, The Associated Press

PHILADELPHIA — Terrell Owens might be closer to returning to the field this season, even though the Philadelphia Eagles still don't want him back.
Arbitrator Richard Bloch did not issue a ruling after the 13-hour arbitration hearing Friday.

Richard Berthelsen, general counsel of the NFL Players' Association, said a decision is expected by Tuesday and expressed optimism that Owens would not have to sit out the remainder of the season.

The dismissed Owens — who did not speak with reporters after leaving the hearing — is seeking reinstatement.

"This discipline did not meet the legal standards of the collective bargaining agreement," said attorney Jeffrey Kessler, representing the union.

"He wants to play for Philadelphia," Kessler said. "He doesn't have any problem with his teammates, the organization or the fans. He never expected this to be the result."

Berthelsen said that the hearing started at 9:30 a.m. with three hours of opening arguments from the players' association, followed by eight hours of team testimony, and another two hours from the players' association general counsel.

If Kessler is to believed, it don't look good for the Eagles. If that's the case, be prepared for a host of NFL players not happy with their contracts to put their teams through the same type of behavior patterns, in hopes of getting suspended, they challenge the suspension, and the arbitrator gets them off the hook.

QuoteEagles | Reid testifies for four hours
Fri, 18 Nov 2005 20:46:11 -0800

ESPN.com reports Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid was cross-examined for nearly four hours during WR Terrell Owens grievance hearing. Reid was asked to go through all 11 counts of conduct detrimental to the organization brought against Owens. Reid was then questioned on if the severity of the punishment was warranted and to compare Owens' behavior to other members of the team and if those players had been punished as severely. None of the other witnesses gave a testimony for longer than 30 minutes.

wow, the way AR is giving information, that must have been a picnic for everyone involved
