I'll include myself in this one though...this is a bunch of shtein!!  I have a few bartender friends and if this gets in at our local watering holes, i'm gonna give up drinking cuz it'll be far too expensive!

I wonder if they'll have something in there to know when it's been pulled off the bottle.

Maybe some kind of alarm that will call the SWAT team in to take down the bartender that is breaking such a fragile law.  Farging stupid bar owners!

there's no way that'll fly.  A lot of bars have particular rules regarding the occasional "I've got this one" drink for bartenders.  It makes the patron happy and the bartender winds up getting a better tip.  It will wind up like the bars that have regulators on their bottles for shots...  i refuse to go there.

Good thing they can't do that with Beer.

Beer.  :yay

not sure.  i've only had Sapporo or whatever it's called, but don't remember it being any better than a regular cheap beer that costs more than cheap beer.  If you don't want carbonation, drink whiskey.

mussa

i don't want to go to a bar that would have that in the first place.  id rather go to a place where its relaxed and fun, and the bartenderds are cool and serve you quick.  not some over-priced gay ass club with a bunch of phony/vain people and bartenders who make weak drinks because they have monitors on them.  farg that.

If I'm paying $8.50 for a vodka/tonic, there had better be a whole lot of vodka in it.  Otherwise, the bartender who sold it to me will get this...   :flipoff   ...for a motherfarging tip.

I've had Kirin, Sapporo and Orion in my time and I don't remember the over carbonation.

Now you want to talk over carbonation Anheuser products all suffer from that problem. There are no additives or preservative or some shtein so it is over cabonated because that works the same way.

Oh yeah Don't tell anyone I said that...  :paranoid

i heard about those things a while back.  i don't see the point.  bars make ridiculous amounts of money the begin with.  in the long run their going to wind up losing money when i start pre-gaming alot harder before i hit the bars. im sure other people will do the same, or just avoid those places all together.

Zanshin

Bars seem like a great way to spend quite a bit of money in a short period of time.  Haven't been into that in years, and I don't miss it a bit.
