nothing shocks me anymore with this. ive been alive for 18 years and seen countless heartbreaking painfilled lossess. wah wah. cry me a river. i dont know why i still care, but i do.

Come on, you're old enough for the Hutton debacle.
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

Season ain't over, nothing's over yet, calm down everyone.

4-5 record, 0-3 in the Division. Season's not over but one foot's in the grave. A loss to the Giants and that's it.

oh yeah, SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeP

This game was a carbon copy of the taterskins-Cowboys game.

Cowboys up 13 after dominating for 58 minutes...loses by a point.

The whole team's in the grave, and the dirt's starting to be sprinkled on top.

That's what it seemed like. Claudius, get over it. They owned us for 95% of the game. Destiny had nothing to do with it, and if you think this team doesn't have to take a look at itself, you're nuts.

I was talking about the season as a whole since they (unfortunately?) still have to complete this year. As for post season... yeah that just went up in smoke.

Geez I'm getting tired, can't even type right anymore. Later all.

no offense, but you're just being stupid...i don't know if you're trying to make yourself feel better or something, but this season is done.  the eagles are two full games and a tiebreaker behind both the cowboys and falcons, 2 games behind the bucs, and a game and the tiebreaker behind the skins for just a wildcard spot.  they're quarterback is a mess, they have weak wide receivers again, they've got no punter, they're kick coverage and return units are awful, they've got almost no pass rush, and one of their starting corners is a bit too satisfied with his pro bowl appearance and big new contract.

this year is done - it happens.  they've been to 4 straight championship games, finally getting to the Super Bowl, and unfortunately, even though they didn't actually win it, they got complacent.  mcnabb should just get the surgery, get himself ready for next year, the eagles should play mcmahon and let some of their young guys get some experience to build up some depth for next year.  they'll make some changes in the off-season, the TO mess will be a distant memory, and mcnabb will be back healthy and they'll be right back to contending for a SB.

General_Failure

You forgot that the starting linebackers blow and they're still not getting a great pass rush.

The man. The myth. The legend.

QB Eagles

Also Wilma McNabb has been doing a really piss poor job as Team Mom this year.

I've had an hour to absorb this.  Thank god it's was only 7:30 Hawaii Time when it was over.  Enough time to get home from the sports bar and pass the football with my son outside.  Helped put things in perspective as the four Bud Lights didn't help much.

AR=pathetic call in crunch time
DMac=get the operation and chalk this season up
Lito=return that Pro Bowl jersey
Reggie=you got a ways to go till we can proclaim you a #1 WR

Westy/Lamar nice to meet you.

I can't believe we lost that game that way.  I'm not even pissed right now because I don't think it's really settled in just yet.

There's no words to explain how much this team disappointed me tonight.

Unbelievable.
