I gotta say, I did like TO's apology.  Not saying that I bought into it, but he did a good thing.  Too bad Rosengreed jacked it all up by talking.  That guy is a complete asshat.  HE is EVERYTHING that is wrong with sports.  Because it's people like HIM that made the game into a business.

I hear nothing that wasn't completely staged IMO.  This was all a Rosenhaus stunt.  TO, get up there and apologize to everyone, crocodile tears if possible, beg and plead.  Then I'll get up there and play the bad cop, take all the heat, and make it look like it's all my fault.

That's the beauty of it: DR is trying to kill the Eagles case against TO for the grievance, while still trying to keep him kicked off the team (so he gets his pay day).  I still half believe that TO doesn't know what's going on.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.
