I cannot belive that we had 2nd and 4 on the 6 and threw the ball 3 times in a row.
That was the game, that was Andy Reid and that is the tone of this entire season so far.
Oh, and the defense has been replaced by Pod People.

If they'd tried that, they would have probably lost yardage.  The playcalling was not to blame there.

i think he gets alot of unnecessary blame in this town, but this time, it is on him.

Don't get all sensitive, Mary. It wasn't the whole reason we lost. The defense not being able to eackle was the whole reason we lost. Reid's awful personel and playcalling on the last possession was the reason the team didn't score. That's all.

i think he gets alot of unnecessary blame in this town, but this time, it is on him.

He stuck with the run long enough in that game.  Probably longer than he should have.  The pass blocking was stellar, and McNabb was fairly effective.  Running the ball so much actually hurt our chances and took away opportunities.

I can't wait to see how Monday night's game plays out if the Eagles run the ball 20 times for 25 yards.

It's not like he would have anyway.  He'd be afraid that by running in for the winning TD would bring the whole "running QB" label back down on him.

just because you aren't running for many yards doesn't mean the running game isn't helping the offense.  why do you think they had stellar pass blocking?  because the defense had to at least think they might run.

and as rjs said, the defense let them down alot too.  but that being said, they had a chance to tie the game at the end and their best offensive weapon wasn't even in the farging game.  that is inexcusable.

and I think one of the reasons the running game wasn't getting many yards is because Reid wasn't calling good running plays for Westbrook.  instead of running him off-tackle all of the time, how about some pitches or counters, something that can utilize his speed and elusiveness.
