Remember the good old days when the Eagles D got teams into 3rd and long and created turnovers or at least got off the field.  The Skins have converted a 3rd and 12, 3rd and 17 and 3rd and 11.  This isn't the freakin' Colts or Pats, it's the taterskins.  That's pathetic.
