You driving in or taking Amrak? If you take Amtrak, you'll get a cab right there and they'll get you where you need.

I'm no labor expert but I'd have to think that his apology is inconsequential. He was already served formal notice that if his actions proved detrimental to the team, he could face disciplinary action, leading up to suspension. While I can't see his recent actions being anything but detrimental, I imagine they could be up to interpretation.

In the few times I read the CBA, I don't recollect anything about an apology forestalling any disciplinary action.
