Howard was saying that they were deciding right now to suspend him or not. He also said negotiations between the team and Westbrook continued today. He said you will probably see the resolution of both issues in the next 24 hours. Meaning, they will either sign Westbrook in 24 hours or its the end of it until the offseason.
