That's nice and all, but I'd respect Donovan a lot better--and I reckon so would many others, including his teamates--if he punched TO in the mouth.  If he can't do it physically, here't to hoping that he'll tell a microphone:  "The Eagles are my team, not his.  He's here at my will.  If he doesn't shut up, he'll be gone.  Or he'll be my third read on every play.  Got it?"

Asked whether Owens would be suspended for his remarks, Reid didn't say no.

"We'll see how things go," Reid said. "I'm still in the middle of addressing the issue. That's the way I'll keep it. Right now, that's between TO and myself."

As expected, Reid didn't offer his opinion on Owens' comments.

"I take care of those things in house. I don't take it out in the public," he said. "That's the way I'll handle this. It will be in house business. I will address the player and the people that I need to talk to."

It's embarrassing to root for the Eagles as long as they keep TO around.  We are the laughingstock of the NFL.
